  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 can Green Beans No Sodium
  • 1-1.5 Cups Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1 Tbsp Bread Crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Mix well and bake for 30-40 mins at 350 Degrees
