Delia is ready for Santa Paws thanks to PetSmart® Grooming!
A few weeks ago we posted about Delia’s spa day at PetSmart® Grooming. She got the Dog Bath and Haircut with the Top Dog add-on package, with Oatmeal and Whitening Shampoo and Conditioner with the Very Berry Face Wash. She loves her visits with PetSmart groomer Stacey and I love how great she looks and feels after her grooming. Delia has been groomed at PetSmart for a couple of years now, and we have always been happy with the service. The groomers are friendly, great with Delia, and thoroughly trained at what they do.
As we approach Christmas and the annual visit from Santa Paws and taking our Christmas photos, Delia needed a touch up, but not a full groom, so we headed back to PetSmart for a Face Trim, Sanitary Trim, and Nail grind. These services can be done as walk-in services, which is handy during this busy holiday season. (I still call, just in case it is a busy day, but have always been told to come on in.) I love the fact that PetSmart offers a variety of grooming packages to fit your pet’s needs. The groomers have been great at working with me to determine which services are best for Delia each time. It is important to remember that even with walk-in services, your dog must be current on their rabies vaccinations, administered at least 48 hours prior to service, and proof of vaccination from their vet must be on file. Your pet must also be over 8 weeks old.
As Delia was getting pampered and pretty for Santa Paws, I finished my shopping for Delia, Chewy, and cousin Joey in the store. PetSmart never disappoints when I’m shopping for gifts. There’s something for every pet in the family, whether they are dogs, cats, fish, birds, guinea pigs, gerbils, reptiles….there’s something for everyone.
Ready for Santa Paws!
After her touch-ups, she is ready for photos and for Santa Paws to visit! Her nails are nice and smooth, her face is cleaner, and she is fresh and tidy all over.
“I can’t wait for Santa Paws to visit!”
A few tips to prepare for your PetSmart Grooming appointment:
- You can book you grooming appointment for your dog or cat (select locations) by visiting your store in person, calling, or by booking online and get text alerts or emails notifying you when your pet is ready to be picked up. I booked this appointment online and the process was quick and easy. I was able to choose the groomer and a time convenient for us without issue.
- All pets need to be in good health and have current rabies vaccinations and proof of vaccination from their vet.
- Rabies vaccination needs to be administered 48 hours prior to service.
- PetSmart does not perform services on pets 8 weeks or younger.
