I’m so happy to have had the opportunity to join the book tour for “If I Should Die Before My Dog.” Joe and Cathy Connolly have provided an invaluable tool for dog guardians. “If I Should Die Before My Dog” is a thorough guide to help ensure your dog’s care if you no longer can. The book offers care tips as well as covering details of your dog’s life in question and answer form, from feeding, grooming, basic care, personality traits to likes and dislikes and much more.
I know from personal experience with my Delia what a treasure this book is. I adopted Delia when her previous guardian passed away suddenly. I have her previous health records but knew nothing about her training, likes, dislikes, habits, etc… This book would have been a great tool to help care for my Delia in her time of transition to a new life with me. I recommend “If I Should Die Before My Dog” to all dog guardians. Not only will you have the peace of mind of knowing that you have helped your dog’s next guardians in caring for your dog, but you can also help make your dog’s transition to his or her new life a bit smoother.
